Part 3 of the New Year, New Career Speaker Series at Grand Circus

The holiday season is finally here and that can only mean one thing: New Year’s resolutions. You know, they’re those goals we always set for ourselves around this time of year but somehow tend to forget come March.

But not this year! Join Grand Circus for the third and final installment of our “New Year, New Career Speaker Series” featuring a collection of health and fitness experts from around Metro Detroit. Getting fit, eating healthy and losing weight are consistently among the top New Year’s resolutions every year but sticking to these goals can be tough. Our panel of experts will share concrete steps you can take in 2017 to help make healthy food and fitness choices and, most importantly, stick with those choices all year long.

Angela Notarangelo is the owner of a private wellness company, providing clients with personal and group training sessions, one-on-one food coaching, essential oil instruction, biometric evaluations, as well as stress management education. Angela holds a personal training certificate from the American College of Sports Medicine and has over a decade of experience living and teaching about healthy lifestyles and nutrition.

Callie Bradford is an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach the founder of Transform 4 Wellness, a health and nutrition coaching company helping clients change their eating habits and incorporate balanced nutrition into their daily lives. A veteran of the biopharmaceutical industry, Callie specializes in finding ways healthy lifestyles can combat physical and emotional illnesses naturally. She is also the co-owner of Go! Smoothies, a total wellness company with a location in downtown Detroit.

Armond Rashad is the co-owner of Jabs Gym, a full-services kickboxing gym with locations in Birmingham and Eastern Market. Before starting Jabs, Armond played defensive back for the the football team at Wayne State University and was the co-creator of the Run This Town Fitness Movement in Detroit and Chicago Fitness. Armond lives by his gym’s motto “we don’t work out, we train” and is an expert in the areas of personal fitness and healthy lifestyles.
