My primary focus has been on new business development, creating new delivery teams and delivery methodology to support the new business plans, and development of Go-To-Market strategies and methodologies for new services. My recent jobs have been creating net new practices and business units in large companies to increase services portfolio and gain an increase in annuity revenue. In my last position, I gained experience with building Customer Experience programs to create a differentiated services experience based on customer profiles.
Now it is time to take everything I learned in the last 20 years and bring the best methodologies and customer service in my own business.
